Merry Christmas to all our kind readers! Today’s FDotD is an interesting suburban house in that the site is like a little island. There are no adjacent neighbors on three sides of the home, so the outside yards have an interesting open feel. The home is relatively nondescript, but has the usual modernities you find in homes built just 8 years ago, although the kitchen is on the small side. This one last sold in ’06 for $242K, and we showed it several times back then, so remember it well.
