Here’s a new bank-owned listing in north Redding. It’s on an acre that slopes down to a seasonal stream, which forms a sort of shared greenbelt. The home is situated to use the slope to advantage, with a 2 car carport underneath the back. It has a fireplace. The deck needs some work, and the carpet is destroyed, but it has promise.
