Today’s FDotD is directly adjacent to the upscale Placer Pines subdivision. We are told it was nicely remodeled, including granite slab counters, hardwood, and tile flooring, but that the appliances didn’t make it intact through he foreclosure process. We still wonder what happens to all those used stoves and dishwashers that vanish from homes prior to being re-sold as REOs. A flourishing black market? Who knows. In any event, you can still buy the house at least, which is listed as a large 2/2 of 1628 sq ft on .28 acres. According to tax records, there is a 672 sq ft garage. Representing the interests of Aurora Loan Services in this sale is foreclosure listing broker Diane Abair of Bears Den Realty. She writes:
“Beautiful Remodel, two car garage, chainlink fenced yard in Grant School District”
And, as you can see, we are provided with only the one partial photograph of the front of the home for marketing purposes. What we can see looks nice. Call us up and we can let you in to see the rest of the house. No obligation. We are curious as well…
